Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Gfrjr, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

First of all, I'm not merican, I'm brazilian, so I think I'll have some problems whit writting and reading, but I think the effort will be rewarding.

well, I've jelquing since my early 14 years, but nothing serious routine. Now, I wanna change things.

this last week, I've been clampin with soft devices throught the hole day, for massive girth gains and playing the following (at beggining of the day):

5 min hot wrap
v strech for a total of 5 min
5 min hot wrap
a strech for 5 min
5 min hot wrap
15 - 20min jelq

pressed, I'm 17 cm - 6,6
not pressed, I'm 13,5 cm - 5,3
girth - 14 cm - 5,5


First, I'm looking for some girth gains, and, later, some lenght.

I'm trying to find the Dr. Lin's book, that seem interesting, but i take forever to come to Brazil. Have any Idea of someone in here has this?

Thanks for coming out and introducing yourself my brother and if you need any help on putting a routine together I can help you with that. Look through the newbie routine and the SRT routine and then send me an email if you want me to create a routine for you. Send the email to [email protected] I do not charge to write custom routines or to coach you so this is all free
