Welcome to the Brotherhood, @GeezusBlanko, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Hey @DLD thanks for the welcome post. I actually did need help coming up with a routine. I just ordered the Silistrecher on Thursday and it should be here sometime soon. I wanted a routine that mostly utilized the silistrecher mainly because I work 16-18 hours a day and all ADS seems better for my schedule. Also I understand that is mainly for length but what can I do for girth? I had a bathmate x30 but I didn't like it because it would never get a good seal. Is the penilizer or the sleeves something I should look into?

Starting BPEL 6 3/4 - 6 7/8
Starting BPEG 5.5

Goal BPEL 9
Goal BPEG 6.5 - 7

go look through the SRT routine I just added two SiliStretcher routines last month. Have a look over both of them and let me know what you think. You can stick with the 5×5×3 for your girth. I think you will like both routines but one is longer than the other.
