Welcome to the Brotherhood, @ErikTheGod, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Thanks, DLD! Do you have any recommendations on a routine? I am a 5'7, 20 year old male with a 5.75 NBPEL penis hoping to gain a few cm. What would be the best to begin with, the Newbie Routine?

The newbie routine is a great place to start and make some quick new gains. But I highly recommend you read through SRT to get familiar with the healing and gaining processes that are featured in the SRT thread. If you want something more custom created just let me know when I can work with you on that. If you wanna incorporate tools or anything else just let me know.
 
Yeah that was going to be my follow up question, do I need to purchase any equipment or is it possible to see gains with just stretching/jelqing? From what I am understanding so far (which is probably minimal) essentially, I need to stretch and jelq and then following the session keep my penis stretched for the rest of the day/as long as I can to let it heal in a stretched position? What would be the best first entry point to do this, can I do this with a simple penis sleeve or do I need one of the more expensive extenders/fancier ones that attach to hip/leg?
