Welcome to the Brotherhood, @EAcalichamp, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
Hey @DLD thx for all the info throughout the years- very helpful

i have been using the Phallosan Forte & Bathmate for a dedicated month (+ bathmate on/off for 4 years) but have not seen any permanent gains. after reading your article on SRT training, ive decided to start a dedicated 90 day program which will include both manual work & proper healing (both of which i never did before). i will also be buying a SizeGenetics extender .

when should i use the bathmate within the SRT training program though?... in the AM like before or after stretching routine? before or after jelqing? or before bed?
i usually pump for 15-20 min in the Bathmate

also, i only have the Phallosan Forte i can not afford the SiliStretcher. So should i be using the PF at night while sleeping and a SiliSleeve post workouts to prevent turtling instead as an adequate fix? i can try and mod the PF so it includes a downward hang attached to my leg

Thank you for your response. It was very smart for you to look through SRT because this is the best routine available. If you’re going to do the full 30 days in SRT you can follow it as it is written because you have every device needed.

Your girth work out will utilize your bathmate but it will be done in the SRT methodology meaning the 5×5×3. This will be your main girth workout.

Since you do not have an LM you will have to do all the stretches manually. The stretches cover every possible angle.

You will also want to follow the healing techniques as you have stated, wearing the PF to sleep. But also remember the cock ring after girth.

I would like to see you do everything possible in SRT with what you have. Please come back with any questions you may have

so i have a bathmate but... #1 i get best results when pumping for 15-20min straight. anything less the pump goes away much faster & #2 i live with other people so privacy/amount of time in shower is a concern.
with 5x5x3 if i did 5 min in pump then 5 min SSJ , then back to 5 min in pump etc, wouldnt that include getting in the shower 3 separate times? this might not be possible since i have many housemates haha. can you effectively do SRT but with a single 15-20 min bathmate session instead?

in terms of when to incorporate the bathmate... it would be used right after jelqing work in the later part of the day? or first thing in the AM? directly after stretching or using extender?

also in your SRT training it has 2 sections: "the first two weeks" and "after the first two weeks aka full out SRT "
after the first 2 weeks, the only differences is incorporating the Bathmate and the PowerAssist stretches right? but i dont have a Power Assist so how would i do stretches that are still different from the morning routine after first 2 weeks over with no Power Assist?

lastly, i noticed that you say to go commando. i already wear pretty fitted jeans. do i need to wear basketball shorts with no underwear from now on? buy bigger jeans? this would require changing my wardrobe when i leave the house but am down to do whatever to get the gains.

The first two weeks can be done with the LM I just never wrote it that way but many people train that way and that is fine. But since you do not have an LM you would you all of those stretches manually. I do recommend you save up and get yourself a LM. The Lengthmaster and PowerAssist are the same.

if you’re doing the 5×5×3 there is no reason to do any other girth work. If you feel as though the 5×5×3 is not giving you enough expansion add a set or increase timing.

In SRT you want to cause the least restriction possible so you want to be sure to either wear loose fitting boxer shorts or go commando.
 
hey once again @DLD, ive taken your knowledge and done some research.
i realized that even though i've used pump on/off for 3 years & Phallosan for a month, i never used any manual stretches before. since i plan on doing SRT which includes using an extender , pump , and manual stretches & jelqs , I have been warned by others about overtraining/permanent injury. some say i should "prepare" my dick for the intense training. i also know that with any body work it's important to start off slow as they say.
1) do you think i should start with manual-ONLY routine for awhile? if so, how long should i do this for before adding devices & modified jelqs?
2) is it wise to do JP90 before starting SRT? even if just for 30-60 days?
3) if i do manual-ONLY routine to start for awhile, is it okay to use a cock-ring and wrapping /sleeves to cement my manual-ONLY gains?
4) i've seen some veterans preach to not use traction/extenders that use a "noose" or "loop" style... but isnt SizeGenetics exactly that? i feel like SizeGenetics is pretty reputable so it must be a different kind of "strap"...? your opinion would be great.

You can start off with SRT because for the first months SRT is the newbie routine. It will be all manual until after 30 days. Over that first month you’ll be building a great base or foundation for further work.

The only thing that will happen if you overtrain is you will probably suffer fatigue which is actually a good thing if you’re not having sex because there’s no better time to stretch than when the penis is in the state of fatigue.

if you already have the sizegenetics and are having issues with it because of comfort I suggest you get a different attachment that will not cause these issues. The VLC is a attachment we offer that makes the sizegenetics very comfortable and easy to use.

If you have not yet purchased your SG I suggest to go for the SiliStretcher instead. The SS has many more options than the SG.

does this mean my PE isnt working? ive done a month with Phallosan like 180 hours but i dont see any gains...

Why not wrap or grab yourself a sleeve to help you keep extended post workout?

You should never go more than a month or two without making growth and if you do not ask for help those people who end up quitting.

ive been told by some vets to focus on only using extenders to do length for awhile cuz apparently newbies see a lot of growth with that. so im just confused whether to do manuals/jelqs AND extender OR just extender-ONLY. i mean i used Bathmate for 3 years but didnt see any permanent gains from it, so does that make me a newbie still?

you think it wise to do manual stretches AND use extender/tools or just focus on using tools for awhile?
i dont want to be 6 months in again with no results so...

appreciate the advice man! yup i ordered sleeves, wrap, and cock ring just waiting for them to arrive so i can implement them
how long did it take you to get the gains you saw? and did you use tools/extenders or just manuals? i am a similar starting size...

You have a lot of equipment! There is no reason that you cannot do the entire SRT routine. Have a read through it, the first post, try to get your head around it and come back with any questions. At that point and can create a kick ass routine utilizing everything you have.

No didn't use an extender could never wear one as hurt too much, did the odd Jelqs now and then but again nothing prolific, I concentrated on length and not girth as harder to make length gains with big girth.

Manuals are great way to start, once you've then exhausted you to take to new level with likes of LM or some kind of other hanger

how long did u do manual stretches for each day? my body is on the skinny side (6ft 170lbs) so i'm a hard gainer; i hope this doesnt make all the PE work i put in harder to see. im desparate for gains, not because i am small (i am about 6" erect/stretched flaccid) but because i've put in so much work with no gains, and ive been trying to get to 7" for awhile. so im not sure if im a newbie or not but i haven't seen any newbie gains. ive been considering SRT routine or something that requires a lot of daily work, but dont want to commit if 6 months in i see no gains again... feels like a lot of work put in going nowhere

sorry the wording was a bit off: "and the on off days".... how many days did u do 4-6 hours? and this is non stop/straight? or like while watching TV with short breaks in between? and when is the best time to do the exercises: morning or evening, before or after hitting the gym etc?
did u use wrapping after stretching sessions? i am considering using your routine

and yes as DLD said, thank u for the guidance. i know i have a lot of questions, just dont want my time to be wasted this time around. your patience is appreciated man

I didn't wrap post workout and I probably should of, only just started doing that now im hanging. There many manual exercises to get on with both in SRT and on the forums.

oh i was confused, you mean "off days" from your job not from exercises? did you have to switch to shorts or no underwear instead of pants?
6 hours is a long time, thats like hitting the gym for 6 hours... how do you stay concentrated/motivated?
if you did PE for 5 years, why did u not see gains until only this year?
 
I had seen some gains before but I have never been consistant until this year, 6hrs yea is long, would sit watching TV in baggy pj bottoms

when you went out (having fun, running errands) did you keep wearing baggy clothes or no underwear?
i wear fitted jeans when going out and can't really switch that.. but i can wear shorts/baggy sweats at home/while exercising PE.. hope my wardrobe for going out wont ruin my work
 
I'll be honest and say I've always worn them when going out, probably should really go commando at some point. However at home yea don't wear
