Welcome to the Brotherhood, @DJ8cut, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

First,I am not a newbie however, I wanted to become a member of MOS.

Starting size 2014: BPEL 6.7" x 5.4"
Now: BPEL 8.7" x 6.25"
NBPEL: 8.25"
Total gains: 2.0 inches in length - 0.85 in girth (6 years)

My Best P.E. routine:
(Monday to Friday)
Warm up: 10 minutes
Stretching every sides/circle: 15 minutes + jelq: 30-40 minutes (Monday,Wednesday,friday)
Regular squeeze (base) or clamping: 4 x 5 minutes (Tuesday,Thursday)

Extender: 4-8 hours a day / 5 days a week (5000+ hours total)
Weekend: off

PS. Working from home most of the time.

Being satisfied of my penis size....since April 2020, I am just doing a "maintenance" 3 days a week
(extender few hours - jelq, squeeze or clamps ) + use a Stealth sleeve/ innerwear everyday.
