Welcome to the Brotherhood, @digitalpuppet, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

I really like this automation on boarding system you got for new members welcoming us to the brotherhood... I took sometime join to be real... after taking time just reading and reviewing your site compared to other similar forums... no one comes close to what you got going here. Your expertise, commitment and dedication this community is noticed and far beyond that anyone else is doing... all those looking to improve or those just needing some guidance should look no further. MOS should be known by all men. I look forward to being apart of this community and would love to talk to you in private about this community, your products and your system. If you can carve out some time for a fellow Miami native than I can't wait and excited about the possibilities. I have background in Marketing... and would love to do something with you, your products and the SRT routine. If we can't figure something out that's okay too... some day I know I'll convince you to make it happen. Alright DLD look forward making it happen. I'm out... till we talk again.

Welcome onboard @digitalpuppet ! Take the time to read through the routine plans, maybe you'll find something you want to try out yourself.
Enhancing yourself is possible and very doable, but it does require time and patience.
