Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Hi everyone,
I have spent the last 18 month getting my body healthy and cleaning up my diet. I'm finally ready to put the same time and discipline into getting a bigger dick.

Its something I've always wanted, I've been a lurker on the forum before and have done some stretching and jelqing in the past but no routine I've committed to. I have also used a bathmate occasionally.

I Have been for the last week doing bathmate 2x210mins with 150 jelqs.
My plan is to do the newbie routine in the morning before i exercise the wearing a sleeve during the day. I will the use the Bathmate and srt before putting the phallosan forte on before bed and overnight.

How does that sound as a starting point??
Currently i am 6.1 bpel and 4.5 girth. I would love to reach as close to 8 in length and 6 in girth as i can get. Is That reasonable?

Happy to finally be on the journey in a real way and look forward to contributing to the forum.
 
Welcome, starting plan sounds good, maybe switch to bathmate 5x5x5mins with SSJ's inbetween. Just make sure you doing all your warm ups and stretches esp prior to using the bathmate. I'm sure along the way you will include important things such as kegals, Jelqs, erect stretches, all will help you further see and cement your gains. Your on a similar path to myself.
 
Thanks for the advice andyuk! After re reading both of the articles I will take a crack at a proper routine...

Morning heat pad warm up followed by srt length routine, silisleeve for the day (some days i may be able to strap into the PF and that will be the ultimate goal).

Evening bath soak then srt 5×5×3 with the bathmate. Usually i would have a shower after and do some lught stretching and pc exercises. Then PF for the night.

Thank you for the advice re warm up and cool down. Usually i would warm up fine in not sure how to cool down though.

My equipment will include bathmate, PF, penilizer, duroring, durosleev, silisleev and lengthmaster. Some i have already some arrive within the week.

Any advice is greatly appreciated! How is your progress?
 
That's some great tools you have there, wish I had that arsenal to hand lol, personally I've gained around 0.75"length but never really committed until recently, so mine just consists of mainly manual stretches and bathmate, I'd love to know where id be with the length master and silli stretcher. You will do well I'm sure.
 
Sounds like you have the equipment and the time and effort to make this happen. I will go with the basic SRT work out unless you’re more into hanging and if that’s the case you’re fine to SRT hanging routines. Let me know what you think.
