Welcome to the Brotherhood, @cavediver12, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

I have been following your content for quite sometime, I am excited and honored to be part of this forum and to learn from an expert such as yourself. I have tried a few of your exercises and I have to say I grew about a 1/4in but then I stopped. Right now I measure erect length 6.5 in and girth 5.25 in. My goal is to reach a length of 8.5 and girth 6.5. I have a little hard time with some exercises since I am not circumcised. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
