Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Bit, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Hi, DLD.

So, starting measurements are a little weird to me. NBPEL is like 5.5-5.75 but I recently got a Mityvac and when I pumped to 5hg, my length was 6.5, as I have quite a fat pad apparently. I'm starting to work out to lose weight (and that damn fat pad) and ideally my goal for size is 7.5x6. My girth is like 5" or so at the base, with MSEG at 4.8.

Aside from that, I've been using a Bathmate and cable clamp for awhile, but after getting the Mityvac yesterday, the BM is as good as useless.

How much of a fat pad do you have? Do you have a routine planned out yet? If you need help please let me know.
 
What I've been doing so far, with some weirdly fast results, is using a pump and then clamping after.
So I'll use the mityvac for like 5-10 minutes 3 times, and if it's a clamp day (I clamp every other day) I clamp right after. I had a theory that if you could pump without a ton of edema and then clamp, you would really start doing some work towards girth, and that seems to be the case. I haven't taken a break for a few weeks, so I could just see temp gains that are being saved every day from the pump, but I'm not sure.

I’m so glad to hear you’re making such quick progress. You will not know how much you have gained until you take a break but it seems like good things are happening already. When you plan on making a measurement?
 
Probably in a few weeks, I don't want to be too eager and then get disappointed so quickly. While I have you, I'd like to work on length, too, at some point, but I'm not sure which device to get. I really don't care for manual work, so I prefer being able to put on a device and forget it for awhile. That being said, I really don't want to try hanging, and I can't figure out if the silistretcher or stealth stretcher is right for me. I work from home every day, so something I could wear constantly would be good. What do you think?

Awesome just let me know when you need my help and I’ll be here to help you. In your case working from home I would go with the SiliStretcher, this is the most versatile ADS/ANS. If you want even more information in guidance I suggest that you send an email to sales@mattersofsize.com and Lightning can guide you further.
 
What benefit does an ADS have over the extender portion of the stealth stretcher? I don't really know the difference between the two.
ADS Is the generic name for an all day stretcher. The stealth stretcher and the SiliStretcher are different. Both are excellent and will do the job necessary. My favorite is the SiliStretcher Because it has so many options and it can be used through the night while sleeping. But there’s two reasons for wearing an ADS. The first reason is for making growth this is called active training by way of SRT. The other way is passive training and this is where the healing happens. When going for active growth you want to use your ADS at its maximum intensity. When going passive or healing you want to wear at a moderate to light setting.
