Welcome to the Brotherhood, @bigjon, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Thanks a lot =) I'm totally new to all of these things and english is not my native language so I have trouble to understand a few things, maybe you can help me ?

@DLD I watched a lot of topic on the forum including those you were talking about.
I have some trouble to understand a few things (english is not my native language) like the exact movements I have to do and also what I should do and what I shouldn't.

If I give you more informations about me, can you help me create a routine ?
