Welcome to the Brotherhood, @ben.paulo2, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

your size is 4 inches bone pressed erect or non-bone pressed erect? How much time do you have every day to dedicate to a program? Do you currently own any tools? Are you mostly interested in length right now? I would love to help you write a routine but first let me know the answers to these questions
 
Hi, 4 inches bone pressed erect. I do not have idea about the time to dedicate on, but probably do 30 min/day. I only have a dick pump (hydro7). I'm focusing on length yes.

I will concentrate strictly on length right now and get yourself up to 5 1/2 inches to six. I think we can accomplish this within six months. I’m going to suggest a link only routine that you do twice a day for 20 minutes each session. You will go through all of the basic stretches plus expressive, bundled and erect stretches. You could do this whole routine manually or you could pick up a Lengthmaster which will speed the process.

What is your current girl size and what is your goal there? We will use the pump later but just so I know this information. Let me know these things and I will write out a routine that will get you where you want to get to you in six months
 
Hi, actually i've more into guys and i've a boyfriend. He's passive guys and 've a 7,2 inches. The pump help me to give a little bit more pleasure because it's help me to gain length and wide but temporary.

of course I can what are you looking for mostly length or girth or both? How much time can you put in every day? What is your hope for a final size?
