Welcome to the Brotherhood, @bebeav, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

I'll take some days to read as much as i can to begin on the right path.

Ordered a BM X30 and will begin as soon as i get it. Will start a log and see what will come out of this experience.
Thinking about getting a LM maybe later in the process

Began some light stretching and light jelqs in the last weeks, 4 days week to get things running. Will start complete routine as soon as i get my BM. Until i get it, i'm gonna do stretchs and jelqs and figure out a complete routine.

Current is 6.75 BPEL and 4.9 MEG

First goal would be 7.5 BPEL 5.5 MEG

Second goal 8 BPEL 6 MEG

thanks for your response and your introduction! You had a very good starting size‘s and your goals are very realistic. I appreciate you reading through the material I gave you above. I also am very happy that you’re going to go with the Lengthmaster, Simply the best tool for length ever! Once you have gotten your LM I would love to put a routine together for you.

since you have a BM I highly recommend you go with the SRT 5×5×3. After doing this work out put on a cock ring for two hours and that’s your total girth work for the day.

with length I would go with the newbie routine stretches until you get your LM and at that point we will translate the stretches into LM stretches. In addition to this I suggest you do one set of expressive stretching with every workout. I also recommend you get in 10 minutes every three days of erect stretching. Finishing everything off with the Testicle health massage and stretch you’ll be good.

Will take a look at the SRT routine!

A lot of similarities between my stretching routine and the newbie routine i found ( I gained 2 inches with this penis enlargement routine ), so i'm pretty happy to see that i was on the rigth path!

I need to add Warm up to my routine. Will find a solution for this.

A warm up can be some gentle stretching or deep tissue massage. But what I do recommend is after you do stretch after you’re finished you sure you wrap, wear a sleeve or use something like the SS. This will benefit you in making any growth permanent.
