Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Basicbri2612, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

I've been pulling stretching jelqing for a while now, but the last six months been doing lots of things which includes all the above plus pumping rolling and now hanging.
When I started I was about 5 quarter length wise and possibly 4 three quarters girth there abouts, the reason I'm a bit vague is I didn't measure as much then as I do now.
I use to grab hold and just pull and squeeze and drag on it at every opportunity that was going but now I'm more focused on goaĺ and end result, that being said don't get me wrong I still like to stretch when I'm not training which brings me to my measurements now fully pulled out from public bone is about 6 half inches girth erect is just over five inches erect it's about 6 and a bit inches.
My wife has noticed the difference which is a great boost to mans ego I can tell you.
Even though I'm at those measurements my goal is about 8 to 9 inches in length and about 6 in girth I'm 64 years of age my sex drive is healthy and now I'm on my wanger journey and I love every minute of it.
I have just made my own hanger and have started a couple of weeks ago, thank you and everyone for accepting me into your group I'm here to learn from everyone.

Great place to start when you’re using tools is the SRT thread as it combines manual work with equipment. Within that routine you will find four different workouts. There are two hanging workouts that I would love you to look at. It’s a whole new way of hanging and it’s had a lot of success. There are also many other gaining and healing tips. A lot of it will depend on how much time you have in the days to dedicate to this.
