Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Hello, I'm currently 7.5×5.5.. I would like to be 8x6 or 8.5x6..I have been using a Bathmate for 2 weeks and a Zen Hanger. I'm not too pleased with the Zen Hanger (the noose hurts by my glans). I'm intersested in the Silistretcher..Hopefully its more comfortable!

Noose hangers/ads are just completely painful. You’re going to really enjoy the comfort, intensity and growth you will get using the SiliStretcher. Traction devices have really gone off the same since we introduced the SS.
