Hello, @DLD ! Glad I found this forum and glad to meet you guys!

Around 8 months ago I purchased Phallosan Forte because I was convinced it will help me get bigger, but I was very disappointed due to:
- losing suction
- tension not regular (different when you move and finding myself at lower to zero tension)
- not be able to wear it at work (tried for 2 days and it was difficult for me, it is hard to bend and pick-up something from the floor if you have to)
- penis base hurt caused by the donut
- can’t wear it more than 6 hours because it hurts and the penis turns into a strange colour

These issues made me give up after one month. To be honest, I wish I didn’t buy PF, but it’s too late now, therefore I have to make use of it.

Today I decided to start again, so I wore it for one hour. I was thinking to add into my routine hanging at lower weights using Phallosan, but I’d like to know if it matters if I start hanging now or the best practice would be to start after a few months of using PF?

My current sizes are NBPEL 5.1x4.5 and my goal is NBPEL 7.0x6.0 but to be honest I'd keep up with PE up to 9″ length if would be possible to get that big.


What are your recommendations in terms of hanging at this stage and routine?

Welcome, don't think it would matter however I know with hanging that you just need to approach it carefully in terms of weight and time, take time to get into the heavier weights etc. By all means you should incorporate some of the SRT and newbie guide which will help support any gains and make gains from hanging more easier
 
You really can’t overdo length work so adding in hanging will only help add to your growth. There are two hanging routines in SRT I suggest you look over the two routines and let me know what you think.
