Welcome to the Brotherhood, @AdventureFoB, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
DLD, first and foremost thank you for having me here.

I'll just go ahead and tell you of my experience.

So, ever since I became infatuated with growing my unit, I stumbled across Thunders Place, from there I've been listening to the advices of fellow users and having followed the Newbie Routine for 90 days, I saw good growth! Now, right after that routine I have been mainly doing manual stretches, no jelqing at all as I want to prioritize on my length before girth.

My starting statistics:
BP - 5” 3/4 (14.605cm)
EL - 5” (12.07cm)
EG - 5” 1/4 (13.34cm)
FL - 3”1/2 (8.89cm)
FG - 5” (12.7cm)


Statistics of now:
EL - 6.5 (16.51cm)
BPEL - 7.25 (18.415cm)


This is my routine as of now.

6 Days on - 1 Day Off (Exercise for six days and have one day off)
[Routine]
1. Heating Pad Warm-up for 10 minutes
2. IR Lamp - 30 minutes of Manual Stretching - Consisting of downward stretch and side stretches, each stretch I hold for 3 minutes with V-Grip. I use baby powder to help my grip.
3. Edging, to restore some fresh blood flow to my member after the stretches.
4. Kegels - 100
5. Done.


I've been doing these for a while now, a few good weeks... but I don't think I'm doing enough, I feel a bit lost and now need some pure guidance.


How big do I want to get? I want to get to at least 8" or 9" with a good girth, so I ask, please bestow your great wisdom!
