Welcome to the Brotherhood, @7.5x6goal, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Hey there brah! Thanks man! Currently just 5.8 and 5.2 girth, looking to reach 7.5 NBPEL and 6 girth.. Focusing solely on hanging for length gains first.

I love when people go exclusively for length or for girth as it becomes so much easier to focusing in exactly what you want. What is your current routine? What are you using to hang?
