Welcome to the Brotherhood, @69times, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
hey, thank you for this forum, I have been lurking and you seem like a great person and very helpful to everyone here. I finally decided I need to do something- I am around 5.3bp" and have been told in the past by an ex I was too small which left me with a lot of body dysmorphia. I've met a new girl and one that i'm really into but I won't see her for another 6 months. I'm hoping theres a way to get a little bigger so I can feel more comfortable when it comes to that time as I really like this one and don't want to fuck up. I'm prepared to spend money on the store if theres stuff that will definitely help but as you can probably understand times are tough rn and I would need to be sure of it as I'm in the uk as well and tax+ shipping will probably be a nightmare. If you can give me any advice or direct me to any places aside from the ones suggested already i'd really appreciate any more help. I'd love to gain 2 inches but I understand that may be a bit too optimistic in 6 months. Do you think 1" is attainable?

Thanks for coming out and introducing yourself. Six months is a great deal of time if its use the right way. In my first six months I put on 2 inches of length and a half inch in girth. I had the luxury of being able to train the whole day and things since that time has changed and made the process much easier. My suggestion is to go with SRT. Have a look through that thread to get an idea of what I’m talking about. Come back with any questions and I can help you put together a routine that will get you where you want to be in six months. SRT will describe equipment also so you can educate yourself on those things also. There are many ways that you can do SRT so take your time going over the post.

That’s awesome you have time! Read through just the first post of SRT then read it again to make sure you get it LOL I tend to overwrite ? Once you’ve had a good readthrough come back with any questions or concerns and we can work together to make a routine that’s going to kick ass.
 
Hey, had a good read. I'm not in a good financial position currently so I don't think I could shell out for all that kit as great as it seems. If you had to pick one thing from the bundle that would be the most effective used individually what would you choose? I may have a go at trying the newbie routine first and see if I can gain any length from that first before purchasing something as i'm still skeptical as you probably hear all the time. Also i'm guessing your intial gains were made without the use of the products first? please correct me if i'm wrong.

My gains were all made by what’s in SRT. SRT is pretty much my whole entire career made into one routine. As time progresses I update or change things but this is pretty much what I did after my first six months.

My first six months I did the newbie routine and I added quite a bit to it to make the 2 inch gain I made. I did the Newbie Routine 2 to 3 times a day. When I was not training I was doing lazy ass stretches while being wrapped in a heating pad.

SRT can be done completely manual. What you will find in the SRT thread is one routine that uses tools and manual stretching, two hanging routines, and one manual working.
