Hello, I'm okay (ish) with my length which is 6 inches. Girth is only around 4.5 though, so I really want to work on that. I have a bathmate that I just got. What kind of routine would you recommend that is more focused on girth? My goal is something like 6.5 x 5.5. Do you think that's attainable?

if your only concern with girth you have a very easy path to follow. The best possible girth routine requires a Bathmate which you already have. Now to make that BM is powerful as possible and bring growth as fast as possible you’ll definitely want to go with the SRT 5×5×3 found in the SRT thread. This routine takes about 40 minutes and after you’re done you should put on a cock ring for about two hours to retain the pumped state you are in.

The only addition I suggest is you do the testicle health massage and stretch found in the Newbie Routine. This will help in healing but it will also give you a heavier, longer flaccid penis. And I know you’re not into gaining length but you’ll probably gain some length with this work out.
 
Thanks a lot for responding and for the advice. I'm not opposed to gaining a bit of length, just for appearance, but I don't want to get so long that I have to hold back when having sex. I don't think my girlfriend would be able to comfortably take too much more length-wise. She's never said anything, but I'm sure she would enjoy extra girth. I want to do the routine you suggested, but I'm a bit unsure of how to do the squash jelq. Is there a video on the site? Thanks again.
 
Also, just want to confirm that the squash jelq is safe for a beginner. I'm wondering if I should do regular jelqs for a bit before I advance to the squash jelq. Just making sure. I've been browsing the site a bit and I'm really impressed by how you respond to almost everything. Seems like you do a really good job here.
