Welcome to the Brotherhood, @10'x7', I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

10 x 7 is that your size right now or is that your old user name? If that’s your size right now I don’t think you need to be here for anything more than inspiration :-)

Thanks, DLD.

I started at 7.5 and 4.5. I made permanent gains and I'm currently 8.5 and 5.5... Obviously I have a long way to go... My goal is to get there by 2025 by training every day.

That’s commitment! I’m very happy that you realize that something that valuable does take time. For some men gaining an inch is enough but the others they want to be much bigger and it takes a much bigger commitment.
 
Sorry to resurrect an old thread but I'm now 8.5 and 6 in girth. I haven't done girth work at all but I'm going to start next month. Still have a long road ahead of me.
 
Sorry I can't figure out how to edit my post, what I mean to say was: "I haven't done length work at all but I'm going to start next month.
