Back now, taking it steady, I'm wiser now.

Using LM and SG everyday and doing girth work and as when I can. Thankfully all my kit is just as I left it!

Hahaha it looks a bit different but im sure i will cope. Really enjoyed behind the cheek bundled streches with LM feel that burn in the tunica. Been a few days already gone back to riding commando and i feel bigger flacid.

Loving using the SG with VLC tugger. I had forgotten jut how easy it is!

Im more focused on enjoying the feelings and the proccess and I know results will come!

So many people have disappeared over this last year because of issues we had with the site and other stuff and for a while it got kind of scary because it was me talking to three people every day for seven months. I was so frightened we will not ever get back to where we were but by the grace of God we’re getting there and my brothers are coming home. Feel so much wiser, less urge to rush. Like redz says, it's a marathon, for me it's about doing what I can each day. Sometimes.things get in the way and thays fine. On these days, I love using the SG!

I remember your name throughout the years on other forums. I guess our community WAS very tiny so all of us who were around in the early 2000's or even late 2000's sound familiar.

I started back in the day at Th*nd3rs. A place that became a PIECE OF SHIT. You forget to capitalize a word or a sentence and a mod calls you out. If you do not obey like a private, they give you a warning. I told all the mods to go fuck themselves in their ass with their little limp noodles so of course they banned me.

Then went to PEGym. Another place that became a PIECE OF SHIT. It became an open border globalist place in which you couldn't identify yourself as an american anymore because according to mods "it is a place for everybody, respect people from other countries. FUCK YOUUUU!!! I dont give a flying FUCK about the rest of the world. I told all the mods to fuck themselves in the ass with their little limp noodles and of course they banned me.

Finally I am here, a place that is ran by a GREAT BROTHER @DLD, very down to earth, a great american who has helped thousands of people throughout the years with this community. The way I act here is the same way I acted on other forums. I guess is a chemistry thing lol.

I am always here ! Been experimenting with routines, found a good one that os bringing visible gains and is FUN to do.

It is as follows:

Active routine

1) 15 mins LM Bundled stretching (7.5 mins clockwise, 7.5 mins anti clockwise)

2) LM newbie stretching routine

3) 300 wet jelqs

4) newbie kegel routine

SRT Passive routine

1) ADC cockring / silirings. Put on straight after jelqs. Worn for 1 hour.

2) ADS. After 1 hour in ring, I follow with 1 hour in SG.

I then repeat going back and forth between the rings and sg. I aim to get 8 hours of SRT in total, 4 hours in rings and 4 hours in SG.

Once this is complete I'm done for the day. I notice that after all of this Im looking longer and fatter.

As i say it is bringing nice gains and is fun!

I know you will be back soon. The sad part is that, you might have fallen off your routine. You are one of the few people I know on this forum that has been dedicated to using an extender.
