Yeah, it can be a nightmare with the loss and gain every year. Currently, I should be at a much lower weight but I have not hit that hypo-manic state that usually ensues in October. Oddly I am not really taking any real psyche meds either. When I am losing the weight energy is never an issue as I am in the understanding that to keep momentum going and lose the weight quickly it is all about my diet and eating at the right times to keep the metabolism running. I do not go by conventional methods in weight loss, I simply increase the amount of meals I am eating and keep myself moving the entire day. I try to clean, organize, take walks, go shopping, do anything that keeps me moving and at every whim I will eat something nutritious. This usually ends up being about 8 meals a day. I also require much less sleep when in a hypomanic state, which means I am awake moving more than most people, this really adds up in weight loss speed.
When I first registered at the gym and started lifting last month, I noticed tiredness and fatigue throughout my first week. I fixed my diet and started taking some multi vitamin. That was how I fixed the tiredness and fatigue problem.
