I have a mouth spreader, it is pretty much required gear for a Dom in the B&D world - very common. Of course, I wouldn't put it on a guy, per se. Fun to use, I might add, as you never get tooth scrape! And yes, I have seen one in a MM vid. Want to see some pictures of that kind of thing go here: http://www.bondagepaper.com/

Even, when I'm not exactly into it, I perfectly understand where you come from.
If I will ever feel an urge to join the B&D world, it will be on the Dom side for sure
