Here is how I quickly realized this guy is a fraud:

• He advertises that his program offers over 30 different routines. The truth is, there are no routines. Just a list of exercises;
• Not only are there much less exercises offered than on MOS, but the videos of the exercises are of very poor quality. There is just no comparison with what MOS offers;
• Dr. Howard sent me his before/after pictures of his penis so I could see his gains. Boy was I disappointed… Not only was the ‘’after’’ picture taken much closer than the ‘’before’’ picture, but he was squeezing the shiz out of his penis to make it look thicker on the after picture. Basically, there just was no way for me to really see the gains, probably because he didn’t make much gains;
• He takes forever to answer questions. Not only will you get answers to your questions 10x faster on MOS, but you'll get knowledge from a whole community of PE users. Why waste your time with 1 so called guru?
• Since the services rendered were way below expectations and the information given very poor, I asked for a complete refund as per the 60 day money-back guarantee that he was advertising on his website. You know what Dr. Howard replied when I asked for a refund? He said that the money-back guarantee no longer applied and that he simply had forgotten to remove it from his website. Are you kidding me??? Is it possible to be less professional than this? He finally removed the guarantee from his website when he learned that I was filing a complaint against him through Paypal. However, I took a screenshot of it as of proof of his unprofessionalism.

In conclusion, please DO NOT make the mistake to invest in Dr. Howard's program. MOS has so much more to offer and at a fraction of Dr. Howard’s price. Don’t get fooled by the fact that he claims to be a ‘’doctor’’.

Hopefully, the word can spread out as much as possible to prevent Dr. Howard from fooling anyone else.

You can also go to Trustpilot and you can report the company to Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. I remember reporting a company to the FTC and the offending company I was dealing with responded with my refund with the quickness.
