Want to Open a Head shop, How do i get started

I am looking into opening up a head shop but have no clue on how to get started.

The idea came to me when my uncle opened up a retail shop and there's a vacant store front right next to it.
He got a really good deal with the owner on his rent and made good friends with the owner, We Knew we could get a good deal on the vacant space next to my uncle's.

As i started coming up with ideas of what would be a good for the area, I came up with the head shop. It would be perfect for the area.

I'm not looking to make it a big fancy head shop just a simple one to start. Couple cases of Glass, Papers, Cones, Blunt Wraps, Snacks, Novelty section

Does any one have experience in this type of store. Whats a good Wholesaler Co. For this type of stuff

And what do you think would make a good head shop.

I figured i would ask here cause i know a lot of you have open minds about things and wouldn't mind helping me out

Don't know where to start but every head shop I have ever gone to is still in business so it is a good business.

I dunno where ya live, but you might want to check out the local political/law enforcement attitude towards "paraphrenalia". Some locales are fairly tolerant, some fairly Nazi. It'd suck big, dead, dog dick to try and keep yer business going while constantly in court answering what would amount to "harassment" charges. Just ask Tommy Chong!

I can tell you from experience.. the first thing you need is a good web page and a web host.. If you don't know how to make a page you can use an editor.. It's not complicated.
Nowadays every "company" needs a homepage!
