You're really asking two questions, I think above 7.5" in length should be classed as big, ditto with 5.5-5.75 girth.
9x6 is my goal, I don't believe in the bp measurement thing, its good as a barometer of gains, nothing more, does'nt count as real size to me to be honest.
As my size is currently, I think my goal is relatively realistic, its just about 1 inch in each direction, nothing major really, although should I get to 9" without too much trouble, I'll evaluate length goals as it is easier to come by for me.

As far as what I consider big, I'd say anything over 7" in length and anything over 5.5" EG. In my experience in high school, 6.5-7" was a fairly common size for length. A lot of the guys in band with me and on the drama team with me were pretty open about such things, and we even had a club called the BW (big wang), and to be in it I think you had to be at least 6.5" long and at least 5" EG. We had 20 guys, and almost everyone in the club was about 7" EL and 5-5.25" EG. Our biggest guys were 8x5 and 6.5x6. But I was president because I started it.

I voted for 9x6 as that is my life time goal, but I'm "only" trying to get to 8 x 5.5 by the end of next year. I think large is anything over 7 in length and anything over 5.25 in girth. After that it really becomes subjective to partners and whomever in the relationship has a dick.
