Using SiliCap and SiliRing properly

Hi guys. Recently got my mityvac system and so far think it's great. best pump ever....question however on how to go about using these two other items.

The SiliCap. Do you put this on prior to pumping or after? Also do you try to put it on when erect? I cut the 8inch one that it came with to match my size, and was not able to get it on without a little bit of lube. This then lead to it tearing and now unusable unless i use one of the pieces I cut which wouldn't go over the head anymore. Is this still ok?

The SilliRing, from my understand I should put this on when done with pumping for about 20-30 minutes or so, then remove and massage.

I just want to make sure I'm doing things right and most importantly, safely, to heal in extended state.

Any input would be great.

I roll mine like a condom. Best to be in an erect condition. As I understand it, using lube actually reduces the effectiveness.
if you’re still struggling, or tearingthe sleeve,It’s possible that you might need to go up a size in width.

Forgot to ask, do you put the sleeve on before and while pumping or after?

Many people pump with the sleeve on to prevent too much fluid retention which I also suggest you do if you can. I personally pimp without sleeves or silicap. I hope you are still here with us?
