Updating Length Workout

Hey quick update. But I'm thinking of changing my length workout for my dick.

I used to hang 1 hour a day hanging weights at 35 lbs and slowly built my way up to it by adding 0.5 kg each week. But realized I think the turnica has grown stronger and there's a thing called steel cord treatment.

And used to pump forblength for 10 mins a day. Now I've realized I think it's time to switch over to something else and try something new. Maybe using extenter or ADS as example.

Or using something in different. Be use in my opinion. You can't just keep using the same thing over and over again any ideas or suggestions?

0.5kg? Nope. 0.2kg (0.5lb) for every 2 to 3 weeks. Once a week is considered as extreme already. 35lbs or 15.9kg is way too high even after a year of PE and 2+ decades of PE knowledge, I have yet to go past 20lbs of tension for more than 10 minutes in dynamic loading (up and down constantly). I hang less than 10lbs for 30 minutes and down to 5lbs up to 60 minutes. The heavy you tug constantly, the faster the penis will build resistance to growth.

The only thing you can do now is to either have a long break, or refocus on lateral tissue breaking through twisting/contortion at maximum angles while dynamically tugging.

ADS won't help until you break longitudinal (tunica) strength with lateral contortion (twisting) first. ADS long hours will not help by itself. This is where the LM3 comes into play.

Never use the same thing over and over and over again for more than 3 months. You have to constantly trick the body from adapting to the tension force for length and expansion force for girth. If you read the posts, you see we keep using the word "dynamic" by varying the pressure and traction force to prevent the body from adapting. It's not about how high of a pressure and how heavy of weight stress you must surpass. It's about knowing how to use the pressures and weights properly.
