Unrealistic gains?

so guys as many of you know by now, when newbie gains are long gone, PE can sometimes feel like an uphill battle - the tissues are tough as hell! and hence the de-con breaks, more heating time, modifications, 'even over-kill!' are just a few tricks fellas out here will employ. There's no gains without patience but if you ask me, I hate patience! That's not to say I'm not; I've PE'd for years!

Question: With much determination, daily TUT, great overall technique, and no rest days, would 0.25 Inch BPEL gain *in a month* be considered impossible/ unrealistic?

Now I'm talking about long hours hanging here, or something similar, and not training to rip your member in half!! Just greater intensity in the first set(s) then followed by rather unusually long stretching sessions - at lower intensities, gently and consistently riding out that fatigue, then ADS ofcourse.

Now some of y'all will be coming out here talkin bout "oh the thing is all guys are different bla bla" - I don't want to hear none of that. No BS. I'd love to hear your personal experience because lately I'm feeling super inspired to gain big.

Well I've hit that stage however never hanged before so gonna start and hope this gets me past that state.

Personally I'd think 0.25 would be very nice but maybe hard to achieve if already thru your newbie gains
 
A quarter inch in a month? Easily done. Put your heart and soul into SRT and you’ll see that quarter-inch manifest itself very quickly. I dare to say you’ll do better than a quarter inch.

SRT is lit! The science basically tricks the penis to grow - against it's will. And for that, you're a fucking genius DLD :) *Heart and soul* is a good mental state. Hopefully I'll be back with results sooner :)

I feel you bruh, it can be tough after the initial gains. I just think mindset can also be a limiting factor and hinder the gains in some way. At the same time though, one could still be disappointed after putting in all the work for a period of time only to gain close to nothing. Recently I put in lots of hours only to gain 0.1 :( and that kinda broke my heart. But then again, for some reason, I'm still motivated to gain. I might fall under the category of hard gainers though, not sure.

What are waiting for to start hanging?

Yea you can see why so many guys give up on PE, I've had enough times where I thought sod it this ain't working but this year I've stuck by here even though not gaining ought past 1.5mth.

Im just waiting for my compression hanger to arrive and then the battle commences once again to the next level. I'm hoping fkr some initial newbie hanging gains but shouldn't keep my hopes up

??i’ve been hard-pressed to write another routine that can compare to SRT. I think that SRT is so successful is because it takes 20 years of knowledge and packs it into one routine.
