To all the uncut guys here how do you stretch? With your foreskin back or with it covering the head? Because when i have it pulled back my frenulum stings and with it covering the head i cant get a good grip and when i do the stretch hurts

Ah, I have wrestled with this issue many times. I hope your poll had a third option, ''BOTH'', since I like to alternate between stretching with the foreskin rolled back and with the foreskin covering the head. I usually do the 'peeled back' stretches until it starts to feel uncomfortable, and after that I do a light massage and a few sets with the foreskin ''on''.

Try using a bit talcum powder to help with grip,just the thought of stretching with my foreskin pulled back makes me crindge.

i roll it back, grip under the head.

NO issues at all, though *nods* i have some days when i cant grip at all... which is dodgy.

I have exactly the same problem.
With non-retracted foreskin I only get skin stretch (useless?)
With retracted foreskin, the grip HURTS too much to get a good stretch.
Hence, I do never get a good lig stretch.

I will therefore skip stretching from my program and basically only do jelqing until I figure this out. Either I conclude that the skin stretching is of any good, or I learn how to grip with foreskin retracted.

When I did stretch I did it with the foreskin retracted as I was doing them erect. I only noticed it to be sore after the session not during. I would use lubrication after and that got rid of it.
