Since i havent heard of this before im gonna go ahead and asume that i was the first to come up with this exercise and call it the "Ultimate CDR Uli"
I came up with this exercise when i had first joined [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] and i was looking around the site and was reading how to do the A-Stretch. It had said to cross ur legs, well i didnt know that it meant cross ur lower legs i thought it meant like how a female crosses her legs when she has a skirt on, ya know what i mean? So i did that and was like????? "how r u supposed to do an A-Stretch in this postion?" but when i had did this i notice a huge pump in my penis so i got 100% erect and did it again. This pump is like an exaggerated Uli (hence the name "Ultimate CDR Uli"), even more exaggerated if u squeeze ur thighs together really hard (make sure that ur penis and balls are above and not below ur thighs).
To sum it up. Get 100% erect, cross ur legs (like a women), and squeeze.
Right now i do 15 sets and hold each one for 20 seconds after a jelq session (when im all lubed up). I will increase these numbers as i become more experienced with Penis Enlargement.
I havent tested this out long enough to say if it will give u huge girth/length gains because i've only been doing the Ultimate CDR Uli since June 30th, but im guessing that it will increase both.
