I started my PE journey just over three months ago and have experienced some pretty rapid growth of 1.25 inches of EL and .5 inches in EG in just 3 months. What I’m wondering about is if I’m pushing things too hard as this seems a little too good to be true if it continues. I work from home, often alone, so I can do a lot of exercises while I work, but what has me thinking I may be pushing too hard is that I’m basically doing some of the SRT exercises, hanging, then Sillistretcher changing angles when I have to pee, and pumping with the mityvac in-between, sometimes hanging again in the afternoon. When I have time I use the Penomet pump with the red gaitor in the morning for about 20 minutes. I never push it to the point of extreme discomfort or pain. I do get 4 to 6 hours a day in, most of that in the ADS, so I’m wondering if the burst of growth may slow way down at some point. Some simple math would mean 2.5 inches in 6 months which seems a bit too good to be true.
