Current length routine is newbie routine with lengthmaster.
Majority of the time is bundled.
4 sets of 30 seconds in each direction.
Behind the cheeks, straight down, straight out, etc.
Strap on silistretcher for 4-8 hours.
Girth routine is 6 minutes of upward bundled stretching in the lengthmaster to pre stretch tunica.
Then right into 5×5×3 with the mityvac and slow squash jelq
