Looks like my thread got deleted again so let's try this again.
Current length routine is newbie routine with lengthmaster.
Majority of the time is bundled.
4 sets of 30 seconds in each direction.
Behind the cheeks, straight down, straight out, etc.
Strap on silistretcher for 4-8 hours.
Girth routine is 6 minutes of upward bundled stretching in the lengthmaster to pre stretch tunica.
Then right into 5×5×3 with the mityvac and slow squash jelq
 
Been doing this pretty consistently for about 4 months and I've gained almost 3/4 inch in length and a whopping 1/2 in girth already🤗
Everyone is different and my dick wants to be fatter than it wants to be longer.
So ill be sticking with my cylinder size on 5×5×3 until I reach my length goal because if I go bigger I'll start gaining girth more than length again.
But from the women I've been with recently they all compliment how thick my dick is.
I really want to get to 8×6 and I'm practically there with my girth already (little over 5 3/4 inches).
As far as length the last time I measured i was in between 7.25 and 7.5 inches BPEL.
My goal is to be 7.5 inches BPEL by August.
 
@DLD any chance you can post the powerassist routine on my thread?
I'm wanting to switch things up and/or possibly do 2 routines a day.
I tried finding the thread that had the pictures for the a stretch, bow and arrow, etc. but I think it was in one of the threads that got deleted.

Congratulations on those gains in length and girth. Are you pumping dry or wet?

I pump dry in the mityvac.
I do a 10 minute warmup in an infrared heat pad and once I'm done I wrap it around the cylinder so it keeps everything nice and loose while pumping.
I used to pump with a bathmate and I think I was hurting my dick.
With the heat pad wrapped around the cylinder AND having a gage to measure pressure I feel alot safer and overall the gains are coming faster and more permanent.

I want to go with dry pumping too with the mityvac. I will just do a normal warm up and pump. I've never been lucky with water pumping. I will be following your thread.

I've never been able to pump girth for more than 30 days. Whenever I'm pumping with the bathmate, there is no gauge so I end up using extreme pressure which results in sciatica nerve pains. I don't wish such pain on my enemies. It gives me sleepless nights and I always stop training girth due to the pains.

That's what I didn't like about the bathmate either.
Plus the chamber is too big so I feel like my dick wasn't growing as well as it could have been.
Take the plunge and buy a mityvac man!
Its comfortable enough to where if you follow safety you can easily do girth 6-7 days a week.
I only take a girth routine off if I cant get erect more than 80% for a session cause I'm fatigued from the previous session.
But the mityvac is my favorite PE device. Followed closely by the lengthmaster.

I used to have the 2.5 mityvac pump but it got rusted due to water I was using. I couldn't fix the rust and something got broken due to rust. I think the best way to use the mityvac is dry pumping.
 
If they put as much effort into PE as they do being a nuisance on this forum they might actually get somewhere positive in life instead of wallowing in whatever delusion they are stuck in. I don't know what the gripe is or even who is doing it but if they read this then knock it off mate, everyone can see through the bullshit, you are not achieving anything, if you need/want help then just ask, if not then take your bratty antics to tik tok or whatever kids do these days and leave the adults to talk in peace.

Exactly. Not with the amount of backup scheduling we're putting the server under, and the security behind the entire system is like the presidential office.
