tips for grip

Hey guys! New to this forum. I've been doing PE for about a month and a half maybe. Just these past 2 weeks more seriously because I've been seeing gains in EQ and length and definitely girth. I use a bathmate x9 and do jelqing and have just started to try to incorporate some manual stretching, Is there a way that I should be gripping my penis to do the stretches? I've heard of people saying directly behind the glans but my hand was slipping up to the glans, I've heard of people saying to pull at the base of the penis as well but was not sure if maybe I was understanding this incorrectly because im not sure how that would stretch the entire length of the shaft. To help my grip behind the glans I used a paper towel to hold on to the penis, this worked for me but can make the penis a bit sore due to the roughness of paper towels. Thanks for any help.
 
Welcome to the Florence my brother! Where are you grip your penis determines where you make your gains from. To access internal penis you would want to grip very low on your penis. But if you want to train your ligaments you want to group very high or just below the head. This can be uncomfortable and there is slippage and I can be frustrating too. Using a paper towel will probably cause brush burn. I recommend using a softer 100% cotton old T-shirt. What you really should be using is the Lengthmaster because that brings length gains faster than any other way. Once you’re strapped in there is no slippage and you take hold of the handlebars and stretch from there. There are so many different stretches you can do that are very powerful that can only be done with LM.

Thanks alot Dld! I really appreciate the tip, this should help me out alot. I haven't been doing PE long but im making great progress so far. I got the bathmate for penis health originally because I had not masturbated in close to two years and when I did, my penis got all puffy and swollen and I knew my penis was much stronger when I was younger, but I will get a length master when I've got some extra cash, I just bought my bathmate x9 about a month and a half ago and it was about 199.00. When I started pumping with it I barely made it to 7 inches when fully pumped and my balls felt like they were getting sucked into the tube, I was a little worried I got a bathmate that was too big for me but just yesterday while fully pumped i reached 8.5 on the measure on the tube (I'll try to post a picture later on today) also I can wear it very comfortably now because with the girth I've gained my balls no longer feel like they are being pulled. I'm very happy with my purchase, I really enjoy reading the posts on this forum and thank you for welcoming me. If I had found this place earlier I would've purchased it here.

I’m so happy that you’re pleased with your purchase, the Bathmate is really a lot of fun and it’s a no brainer in gaining girth. Congratulations on the size increase that must feel great! I would love to see a picture but if you can’t I understand because pictures are really hard to take of the penis. What are you doing for length work?
 
I'm sure I can get a picture, but before I just started doing some stretching (in sets) I have really mostly just been doing a warm up of stretching (what I was able to do with a paper towel) in a hot bath, jelqing up down to the sides and using different hand grips for jelqing and even though I know you're not supposed to, I also jelq with a complete erection at some points during workout, but very carefully not squeezing hard just getting some blood through and while jelqing I try to kegel each stroke, then I would pump because I felt like my penis was more loose, I would pump for five minutes x4 always kegeling the entire time while in the pump. Then I would do alot of edging. I do each of these exercises in a pattern 4xs , except for the stretching I just do at the beginning. So I jelq, pump, edge while kegeling through each exercise and then repeat for 4 sets. It's really helped a lot, I can now control my orgasm while having sex with my wife, she was very surprised last night that I could suddenly do this because before I would go about 4-5 minutes max maybe, now I can just keep going until I decide. My entire daily exercise takes me right at an hour.
 
There’s nothing wrong with working erect, the best way to making girth is training as erect as possible. I train this way my hole I trained this way my whole career. What I would like to see is your routine. What exercises, reps, time, and measurements Into a progress log that we can follow every day and keep track of what you’re doing. This will help us help you stay involved in as the gain you can make this updates to inspire other people.
 
Heres a pump pic from today. I would like to make a log. Is there a place I put in all of this information here or do I just put that info into my signature information? Sorry I'm new to forums. Today I did stretches with cotton fabric like you said and it helped. I did stretches up down and to the sides for 20 secs each x2 , Then I did some jelqing at least 5 minutes (about 50 jelqs) some down some to the sides and to the front. Then into the bathmate for 5 minutes. Then I did some edging for about 5 minutes. I did all of this 4 times, so it took me about 1 hour total. During all exercises I try to kegel the entire time. I also did some random stretches in between as well. After the workout I put on a cockring that is not too tight and still provides bloodflow.
