Hey guys! New to this forum. I've been doing PE for about a month and a half maybe. Just these past 2 weeks more seriously because I've been seeing gains in EQ and length and definitely girth. I use a bathmate x9 and do jelqing and have just started to try to incorporate some manual stretching, Is there a way that I should be gripping my penis to do the stretches? I've heard of people saying directly behind the glans but my hand was slipping up to the glans, I've heard of people saying to pull at the base of the penis as well but was not sure if maybe I was understanding this incorrectly because im not sure how that would stretch the entire length of the shaft. To help my grip behind the glans I used a paper towel to hold on to the penis, this worked for me but can make the penis a bit sore due to the roughness of paper towels. Thanks for any help.
