Hey guys I've been a stalker on this forum for about 10 months now and love it. I check every day for new stuff. I started hanging weights with the silli stretcher 10 months ago. And am seeing gains.what do you guys think is better.heavy weight (15+pounds) for say 35- 40 minutes or lighter weight ( 15 and under) for longer time.say 60 minutes. When I go heavy for longer time I start having blister and blood blister problems. I use new skin and tape and it still happens.

If you have blisters let them heal first before hanging, also apply two coats or three coats of "New Skin" it will greatly reduce the the blisters.

But if you have cuts/blisters open, it will sting like a hornet. Be aware of that.


Start low, you don't want to hang heavy at first, work your way up.

Pound Per Minute Theory

Not for newbies

Most stretching devices claim, a 2 pound traction for 12 hours generates cells growth, and an increase in the traction reduces the time required proportionally.

There are 1440 minutes in a day, so if you hang one pound for 24 hours you are applying 1440 pounds per each minute of the day.

If you hang 2 pounds for 12 hours:

  1. You are still applying the same 1440 PPM (2 pounds X 720 minutes).
  2. With 8 pounds you need 180 minutes (8 x 180 = 1440).
  3. With 15 pounds only 96 minutes (15 x 96 = 1440).
  4. With 24 pounds only 60 minutes.
But I would advise you against it, besides are you looking to do this? (hypertrophy)

#WangLiutai practices the ancient art of ‘iron crotch’ kung fu, which involves smashing the crotch with a steel-capped log or other heavy objects.

For some reason, it has been struggling to draw new recruits Its most famous technique involves a steel-plate capped log, 2 metres (6.5 feet) in length and weighing 40 kilograms (88 pounds) that swings through the air and smashes into a man’s crotch.

“When you practise iron crotch kung fu, as long as you push yourself, you will feel great,” said Wang, head of the #JuntunMartialArtsAcademy. Wang, who has been practising the technique for around half a century and has two children, insists that with the correct methods and sufficient practice, it does not hurt and has no effect on fertility.

The iron crotch, mastery of which is gained by taking hits to the body’s weakest points while using qigong breathing techniques to inure oneself, is just one element of the branch of #Tongbeiquan kung fu that has been practised in Wang’s village for the past 300 years.

The style encompasses scores of attack techniques as well as resisting pressure, pain or hits to other sensitive areas. “We also have iron throat, iron head, iron chest, and iron back as well,” said fellow master 53-year-old Tang Xiaocheng

Now my question is what does it have to do with P.E, and how does it help???

You can hang more doing that?

How do you replicate that on a small scale?

What benefits does smashing our balls/penis as hard as we can provide?

 
So with all the weight this guys swinging one would think his penis would be longer.so makes me wonder if time is more important.
Time is important, the more time under tension the better, but that doesn't apply to using more weight.

Those people that lift rocks should have Julio's Gomez dick by now.

yes it is and I’m glad you’re letting the brotherhood know. So many fear over training with length as though they feel there’s a limit. There is no limit whatsoever on flaccid stretching the more you stretch the longer you become. I trained up to nine hours a day and I gained more than anybody in the game. Do not fear work, your body is built for it!
