Threads show wrong date?

Maybe this is happening to some other members here maybe not. I was reviewing some old threads I had started or posted on under my former " mogli" username. The dates were totally off. Mnany say 05' when they were posted originally in 04'. I know this for a fact because I had just recently moved to a new state right before I came across this site. If anyone out there has the time check some of your old posts or threads and see if you come across the same anomaly.

It's been around a week now, no response. Mods? I checked the join date for my former "mogli" username and it also now says January 05'. I started posting under that username in spring/ summer 04'. Maybe it doesn't seem important but I think it only makes sense to that thread and post dates be shown correctly.
