though I have only been working out for a year I'm chiming in since there aren't a lot of answers (didn't take the poll to avoid stat bias). I've gained almost an inch in length despite never considering length as my priority and hence restricting my length workouts to sorts of upward stretches, done in the evening in front of the TV (Mandingos and bundled upwards). My length development stalled for the last 4 months, thus I guess I'll throw in some downward stretches here and there to realize the big growth potentials of the susp. ligament.
