Hello brotherhood well, I finally did it. I was about to perform the slow squeeze. Jelq, and I guess my grip was a little bit too tight. It looks like I might’ve broke a blood vessel I have a dark round spot by mid shaft about the size of a penny. Do you recommend I take a break for awhile?

Take a break. Are you saying you over pressured your penis?

As long as there is no pain you can start again in a week.
 
Yes looks like I might have broke a superficial vein on the surface or a vessel I don’t really know but it’s a small red dark circle like the size of a dime , there’s no pain but concerning.
Good there is no pain. I believe the best action is to rest. It's really important to not over pressure your penis in the SSJ's and to keep this in mind:
When it comes to erection level, you need to keep it at 70% to 80%.
