THE ULTIMATE DAY LONG LENGTH MASTER ROUTINE

I’m putting it out there!

who can come up with a one day intense length master routine to end all others? One that will fatigue the penis into submission and ramp up growth to the next level. A routine that will require at least a day if not two of rest to recover (in an elongated state of course)

here is mine, please note I’ve not tried it out put want to once I get a bit of feed back from my cello PE brothers.

warm up
10 mins bundled stretches then 4 x sets of the following.

bundled downward stretches
Bundled upward stretches
Bundled stretches to the left
Bundled stretches to the right
Bounded straight out stretches
DLD blasters
BTC stretches
BTC stretches to the left
BTC stretches to the right
Straight out stretch
Mandingo stretches
Warm down and uncle Jim’s wrap.

4 hours later

35 minutes bathmate pumping, put on coco ring for the rest of the day.

Would love feedback on this routine

I think your workout is kick ass...this will bring growth quickly
 
Is there a way to look up these exercises? Just like, a single place where there's all of them in a big list? It's been really hard to find routines that work, either because of time or Life happening or whatever, but I think it would be easier if there was a list of the different exercises and how different combinations can bring the most growth for the routine.

What I do time wise is I get up at 5am, do my length master routine, wrap it with the uncle gyms wrap, tight enough to keep elongated but not too tight to restrict blood flow, hit the gym and go to work. When I get home I unwrap, then do the bathmate session.
Before bed I remove the cock ring and do it all again the next day. I had issues with time and schedule as well. The only way around that is to wake up an hour earlier than you normally would and do the exercises.

I see! So you don't experience any pain down there while you're training? I always turtle like crazy during cardio/lifting. Maybe you have a bit more existing length to work with in that regard.

@DLD I am navigationally challenged; could I trouble you to point me in the direction of where I can download that? (If it's premium I do have a membership.)

No I don’t get any pain down there when I’m training. I wrap to stay elongated, but not to tight. Just tight enough to keep him stretched out without restricting too much blood flow. It takes a bit of trial and error to get it right but you’ll find the sweet spot.

Where is the pain? In the inner structure of your penis (inner penis)?

Dull pain is fatigue nothing to worry about
