What’s up family, just checking in.. as you guys know I recently hit my first plateau and got my first injury (blisters).. in this time I’ve been thinking A lot about gains and how I got my first gains.. I gained a lil over half an inch just from wearing a cheap noose extender for as long as I could(clearly newbie gains) but prior to that, I had been doing manuals for an hour a day religiously by hand.. and got nowhere.. this lead me to thinking of how we gain. So all my extenders broke as well as my pump, and all I’m left with is a cheap ads and my LM.. recently I have not been using the ads as I was letting my injury heal (about 2-3 weeks).. within this time period, I would just ace wrap but I noticed how my attitude would change.. I would constantly feel as if im not doing enough even though I use the LM between 1-2 hours daily, I just began to feel that ace wrapping wasn’t enough.. there is something about a constant pull that I know is a guaranteed way to gain (SRT), therefore im saving up for the SS2 of course but until then im back with the cheap ads with caution( I don’t own any caps) and suddenly my mind is put at a bit of ease bc I feel like im getting constant traction and truly restricting the penis from not only retracting but relaxing, forced to relax in an elongated state.. im aware my ocd gets the best of me bc all I think about is gaining and P.E. And how to better my routine etc… but that’s ok.. a man’s penis means the world to him and I believe a man’s size is directly connected to his level of confidence( in all endeavors).. I know many have gained without an ads but it just puts my mind into a confident state that I’m doing “more”, therefore allowing me to take my mind off of p.e. For a few hours lol which I need from time to time.. anyway I hope everyone is still going hard and doing P.E. For THEM and staying disciplined with their routine.. I know I am !

Planned rest days can be beneficial for your gains I think. It's better to have planned rest days at least, then; Unplanned rest days, due to skin problems or injury.

I agree with you bros! My issue is patience.. and after this last injury I’m still weary about doing long hours in ads without a glans protector .. I also have not had my LM for even a month and I want quick results smh this is what sucks about newbie gains.. but all a learning experience.. therefore I have split up my Lm sessions.. usually 30 min sessions .. thanks for the feedback btw 👌🏿

Keyword here is quick result. You must flee from quick result. Make PE a life style, that's when you will enjoy it and get to the size you seek. People who look for quick result in PE always quit.
