Day One of my PE journey. I'm starting out with only one device, a Lengthmaster.

Beginning measurements on 25 JUN 2022. All the measurements are Bone Pressed.

Using the webapp, The Visualiser, the app will give me an visual on my starting and goal size. Will not post images at this times; maybe in the future. GIF image below for a visual aide.

Awesome log your starting where did you get those graphics from? Do you have a link?
 
Your wrap is perfect. Be sure when wrapping you pull all loose skin back and squeeze all blood from your head. Definitely warm up and if able use a hearing source to keep warm and flexible. Mos sells a very good ir light if you visit the store. I like that you hit all angles I also suggest you use the PowerAssist portion also and do those 9 stretches when you can. Behind the Cheeks is a difficult position that you will eventually get right as everything loosens up. How long was your workout?
 
Thanks for your assistance and links. I was searching in the Penis Enlargement Video Forum, where logically I would think to find video tutuorials. I would have never searched the Penis Enlargement Forum to find video tutorials, it seems misleading. I downloaded the video files for personal use, so I have easy access to them.

I have seen you use the phrase "the forum was hacked" several times now for the cause of poor forum functionality, broken links and members' threads
and their information missing.

Should I be concerned in losing my thread of information in the future. I would hate to have several months if not years of data and lose it all in a nano-second from a hacker. I might have to do an offine backup of my thread so I don't suffer a setback. The data will be valuable from an analysis viewpoint.

Always do backups. We now do daily backups

Just read through your posts & will be keen to see how your journey unfolds. You have a great mindset & approach to achieve what you seek.

On your question regarding the Bathmate/Mity-Vac, I own & use a BM x40, I would personally go the Mity-Vac, as you have all the benefits of water pumping, the handball (only comes on the more $$$ models of BM) to dispell water which allows finer control of the pressure & it's a lower price point for those features mentioned in comparison. I've found that the BM has too much 'negative space' and something that's narrower with a straight profile would be more ideal, could be that the grass is greener I guess? but I'll be getting one myself soon for sure.

Bear with the forum, this is only temporary, there is a wealth of info here & ppl are more than willing to share their knowledge if asked.

As for the back ups, definitely keep a record of your daily efforts in your phones notepad & take regular pics, you have the unique opportunity to document from day dot & being able to look back will be of tremendous benefit & motivation to you & potentially others if you so choose to share down the track. I got hit with a double whammy, lost all my progress pics in my log on here and also my phone had a total meltdown & I wasn't able to recover the files from it. Guess I'll just have to create more haha.
 
Yeah, was a bummer to lose all that history but not much I can do about it.

All my personal logs etc are behind locked folders in my phone that can be hidden completely so only I'm privy to it's contents. I had never really thought about others taking images & using them for their own purposes, I could only imagine haha, what a strange thing to do.

Those btc stretches are an odd one, I've often wondered what my wife would think if she ever walked into the bathroom while I was executing that stretch, super awkward position haha. Try Perhaps rolling the handles of the LM as you perform the stretch (think accelerating on a motorbike) to give the stretch more torque without having to extend the LM further away from your body.

From reading your previous posts you have the technique dialled with stretching, the way it was explained will help others along their journey too,

So happy you have backup. We have started doing daily backups also to ensure the work here. So sad someone was so evil to hack us as they did. I have so much work to do to get things back as they were.
 
Bundled stretching is an awesome way to stretch. Keep up the good work

WEEK 3: PE Training - SRT Length Routine
  • EQUIPMENT: Rice Socks (2ea) - Ace Bandage - Theraband, Lengthmaster v3.0, Magnetic Weight Ring (1.5lb), and small space heater
  • DAY 18: ROUTINE, Preparation Warm-Up (5 minutes), Bundle Stretches (3 minutes), LM stretches (22.5 minutes) with continuous heat, and Warm-Down (5 minutes), Weight Ring
  • COMPLETED: 1 set - Bunded Stretches. 3 sets of 12-Position Stretches, 30-seconds pulls followed by Rotary Stretches after the 3 R-C-L angles per position Up-Out-Down and Behind the Cheeks (BTC).
    * R-C-L angles : Right - Center - Left angles

EQUIPMENT UPDATE
The Totalman Infrared Heating Pad finally arrived. Will test it out and implement it in my PE Length routine for my Warm-ups and Warm-downs. It has 3 temperature settings. The Level 3 setting is rated at a temperature range of 35°C - 42°C / 95°F - 107.6°F, which will be the most effective for pentrating and heating up the internal penis tissues for PE stretching.​

I use that same heat pad.
I wish they had higher temp settings because the red is the only heat setting I've found to be effective.
 
Yeah the two lower levels are useless for PE; why even bother having them in the unit. From my reading on Ultrasound Therapy for PE. Level 3 is perfect temperature setting for stretching the penile tissues. If the temperature goes beyond 42°C/107.6°F is can have a negative effect on the penile tissues. I need to purchase a Thermocouple to monitor the temperature and verify the termperature range on the Infrared Heat Pad is conducive for PE stretching.

Are you pleased with the product using it in your PE regimen?
I like the heat pad.
Its easier to wrap than traditional heat pads because this one is specifically for PE.
Also since its infrared heat it penetrates deeper into the tissue making it more pliable hence able to stretch further more comfortably.
I wrap for 10 minutes pre and post workout.
One tip I will say is give it about 10 minutes to fully warm up before you wrap it on.
It varies on when max temp is reached but after 10 minutes it stays consistent.
I use a temp gun to check before I put it on.
 
Another thing ill say is it's amazing for girth work.
Seriously I use to get spotting and bruising like crazy and it really pissed me off.
Setting me back days to a week to fully heal.
I started wrapping this heat pad around my cylinder (air pump) and I haven't gotten bruising since.
Thats a perk I feel is slept on so I thought I'd throw it out there for any guys that pump.
 
You must make sure that you are doing everything to stay consistent. Do not set short term goals but measure every 6 months. Give PE a minimum of 2 years. I laugh at people who say PE doesn't work.

I never said PE doesn't work. The only short term goals I have in PE are to keep effective habits and not miss more than 3-4 days per month if any. IMO, measuring every 6 months is too big of a gap in time for me to find out my PE training is flawed. I agree, a PE endeavor is a marathon race, even though Mr DLD did his in a sprint.

I didn't say you said PE doesn't work, I was only referring to those in doubt. I understand your point of view. 3 to 4 days is the maximum amount of off days to be taken in a month. You have indeed read up a lot of information.

@LONGERDICK7+ you should read this comment. I've known you on this forum for a very long time. You don't make gains at all. You always say you will get to your dream size but you fall off within weeks and you are always setting short term goals of 3 months and you don't even train intensely for 3 months. Please, let this post/comment be a wake up call for you.

For me it was balls to the walls for years....training daily for hours. Not everyone has the luxury or determination. Most people want what want right away and don't see how important dedication for as long and hard no matter what till they get what they want

We used to say at the gym, "if getting in shape was easy, everyone would do it!" Same here.
