Good evening gentlemen,
Im praying for your well being and blessings for you all.
This image below shows two arrows pointing at two muscles, on the side of the penile body.
When i stretch downward hard and when feeling the inner tissues with my hand to see what is being stretched, i can feel this part beign stretched the hardest, ligaments feel lightly stretched in comparison.
i can feel this part stretched better when im pulling forward or the sides.
my question is should i work them muscles to equalize the tension in my whole pelvic region?
is there any specific exercises or knowledge that i should know beforehand?
