Well, I’m just checking in. Giving y’all some updates. I was out from posting for some time due to some work related issues. Still maintained the Newbie DLD program. Always started with warm up with electric blanket wrap for 10 minutes. Into DLD’s Newbie stretch routine. Then into an 70 to 80% EL jelq. SSJ as well. Then into the LeLuv 1.75” cylinder vacuum for 5 minutes. At fairly Maxxed EL. 5X5x3 with this routine. 6 days on and 1 day off. No “real” measurement increases across the board, but MAN..is this thing getting the Veins to be thicker and my penis looks more muscular. If that makes sense. I achieved a rock hard erectuon last night and it looked like I had worked this horse out for 5 hours! Super hard erection and veins just exploding. Crazy. I know this is a marathon, and I will be implementing some other routines. But I am just getting the fundamentals and absolute consistency of timing and focus down over these last few weeks. Morning erections are insane! Also, I have an ADD sleeve I have been using. Very comfortable silicone. Stays in place for the ADS and keeps my penis right at 5.5 flaccid. I’ll keep going, fellas.
