Supra Slammers: Who can be the One??

What are the most Supra Slammers you have done in one set? Mine is 20, I did it once, and the pump was ungodly. SS provide a great pre-sex pump, and have been responsible for 3/8 of an inch in girth. This weekend, I might try to break 20; god knows Supra has probably done like 50.

You should try doing several sets of these or similar intense squeeze exercise and follow it up with 20 minutes of intense clamp work.

are you just saying, how many times do you edge and uli? cause i only do a few jelqs after each uli. Ive probably done 10 at one time, but that doesnt take that long.
