StealthStretcher (very early fatigue)

I have been PEing on and off for years, but for about 6 months have started to get on a routine. My main routine was manual stretches and using the Male Hanger. I decided to bite the bullet and get the new Stealth Stretcher and try vacuum hanging. The device is really easy to use (obviously more steps than a compression hanger) and well put together. With my Male Hanger I was hanging 10lbs pretty easy and was on the fence about increasing the weight. I decided the first use with the Stealth Stretcher I was going to take it easy to avoid any shock or potential blisters, so I put it at 7lbs. Good lord that 7lbs felt heavier than the 10lbs I was doing with my compression hanger. I hit fatigue very early on and the pull on my ligs was definitely more intense. Is this normal for vacuum hanging? It feels like it will let me drop weight and still get gains.

Welcome to the world of vacuuming and then you’re going to feel a lot more intensity than any other type of hanging. So what you’re feeling is completely normal and if you’re reaching the state of fatigue ride that state as long as possible. When we are in a state of fatigue the pelvic floor muscles have no effect on the stretches you’re doing which make them so much more profitable.

Those early fatigue are the gains you seek (incoming gains). With what you described above, it seems you are on your way to gaining a whole 1 inch in length. What type of gains have you made so far?
