I currently have the stealth stretcher, and for the all day hang, I go with the vacuum bell system.
The only difference I can see are the two different style heads/caps. Is there any advantage to the Silistrecher cap over the vacuum bells?!.
To answer this question, the bell system is definitely different. The
SiliStretcher has a built-in vacuum adjuster where as the
Stealth bell requires a mini pump. The
SiliStretcher's bell does not conforms to the curvature of the glans, and provides a wider expansion load on the glans if you're looking for a mushroom head, where as the
Stealth conforms to the curvature of the glans can also provide the glans' expansion for a more uniform mushroom head compared to the
SiliStretcher.
also, how long do most stay vacuumed inside the caps/vacuum bells?! usually get out of everything after an 1hr. massage everything, get good fresh blood back into the head and reattach.
For me personally, I gone as long as 24 hours in the bell under low vacuum. Of course, I do remove it so I can urinate. Under low pressure, there's not a whole lot of pressure influence to cause the blood to stop. If the blood stop flowing properly, it means your penis
sleeve may be too tight, causing your penile shaft to compress, causing the blood not to flow as effectively as it should.
The secondary bad nature to the bell is the moisture accumulation in the bell, causing your glans to suffer humid moisture environment. I use a bit of bathroom tissues to soak up the moisture, and change it out every few hours when I do urinate. This prevents moisture from building up in the bell.
Is that necessary to do every hour?..
No. This means the
sleeve may be too tight, or a combination of very tight
sleeve and too high of a bell vacuum pressure. There's a learning curve when I first use the
SiliStretcher as well.
Now, my trick is to use a slightly looser
sleeve, add a
Theraband layer just below the base of the glans, exactly where the bell creates a seal between the glans and the shaft. The
Theraband layer helps to prevent the
sleeve from folding underneath the bell, causing the
sleeve to degrade/damage too quickly. This is where the brothers kept on complaining that their sleeves has a cut in the fold when wearing the
SiliStretcher.
The secondary portion to the bell is not to over use the pressure. On the
SiliStretcher, I only use 1/2 to 3/4 twist. This is already at 5inHg. For the
Stealth, it should be 1 to 1.5 pumps on the concordian pump.
