I have
gained 3+ Inch in length already. And my belief is that If I got it sooner, I would have progressed even faster.
This is not advertising per say. I'm just being honest with you what have worked for me and countless others.
I will support you when you get it. I will support you in gaining fast. When brothers are gaining fast, that makes me happy.
If you have
20 minutes x 2/day, you can gain extremely fast.
Rest days are needed, but you should try to keep them at a minimum. I will give you more guidance later on. What also is important is to keep your penis elongated throughout your day when you are not stretching.
This can be done with: Penis Elongation Wrap, Silicon
sleeve or the Silistretcher. Personally I have used a Penis Elongation Wrap throughout my lengthgain journey and I have seen good progress. Keeping your tissue elongated and
hanging throughout the day, will give you 2 things. Firstly it will teach your penis to not turtle (shrink together), but also it will cement your gains faster. Without this the progress will be slow.
