I want girth. Been doing length workouts and gained some there, but my privacy is becoming limited and just want to get thicker now. Been doing the 5x5x3 program for the last three days and loving it already. Sex with the wife has been amazing the last few days. I’ve been wearing a ring during sex to maximize thickness and I can very well tell the difference for her with the added girth.

My guess is that typically I am about 4.5-4.75” MSEG depending on erection level.

I feel like I’m closer to 5” the last few days, although it’s mostly residual expansion. My length is pretty good, but hoping that through stretching and jelqing, can gain a little bit there too. But my NBPEL is 6” already and 7.25” BPEL.

I put a ring on and use my pump to flood my penis with blood After my workout. I do this also multiple times a day as I can. It’s easy to just throw the ring on, pump blood in and go about my business. The ring is loose enough to allow some blood flow, but also keep a slightly engorged state. I ordered a clamp too too add in.

i’m so glad you love this workout it is one of the best workouts I ever created. And I’m so happy that you’re following the healing methods in SRT. There is no routine like 5×5×3 when it comes to making big growth
 
Day 4. I am liking this 5 minute pump sets. In the past, it took low pressure and 10+ minute sets to reach 7” mark in the tube. Now, since I start my routine with stretches, Jelqs and SSJ, my very first set of 5min at 5HG I am already reaching 7” in the tube. By my last set, I’m almost at 7 1/4” which is the longest I have ever seen myself in the tube.
I’m still trying to get the hang of the SSJ - so I’m mixing it up with duel hand slow Jelqs.

Been over a week and routine seems good. Been trying to hit that 5” girth for post workout expansion. I’ve gotten to 4 7/8” - haven’t gotten my clamps yet, so I know that will help a lot in reaching that max expansion.

I’m debating a mityvac or lengthmaster. I want girth, but maybe I can do a 30 minute length workout in the morning and a 30-40 minute girth in the evening.

I like the option that I can use warm water with the mityvac to pump with. But also like how the lengthmaster is such an all in one tool.

these are very different tools one is a girth tool and the other is a length tool. What are you most interested in gaining right now? Let me know and I’ll help you make a educated decision and I will also help you create a routine. If you’re planning on gaining both girth and length I really suggest the SiliStretcher and the Lengthmaster. These two tools are the heart and soul of the SRT Routine.

on the pump the Bathmate and the Mityvac are very close as far as their effectiveness. The Mityvac is just so much more professional set up which does the exact same thing that the BM does. The BM is much more convenient so there’s that also.

Once you make a choice let me know and I can start putting a routine together for you.
 
Since I already have a air pump, I think the lengthmaster is the way to go. I mostly at girth, but wouldn’t complain if I could gain 1/2” - 1” of length.

an air pump will work just fine, it is not the same as a water pump but it will do the job. I am more pleased that you’re getting a Lengthmaster as this is the only length tool in its class. It is the Swiss Army knife of PE. You can try to use your pump in the 5×5×3 in the SRTthread.

Been trying to get the hang of the slow squash jelq. Today between pump sets, I wrapped and clamps and attempted them again. Seemed a lot easier with the clamped base acting as the bottom hand. I was able to hold longer without hand fatigue
 
That’s a pretty cool way to do this, very creative! I always use my hand clamp. Are you compressing from the bottom and the top at the same time? Have you actually seen the video on this exercise?
 
Yes. It’s because I’m taking the photo with one hand that it might not appear that I am compressing from both ends. I’m still learning this movement though, I have a hard time compressing my hands towards each other. I might have too much blood trapped and too much pressure. Also, it seems the the blood bypasses my upper head back into the head. I’ve been playing with a few different variations to get it right. The clamp helps because it keeps a good amount of blood trapped to work with.

try to do it with just your hands it’s a very smart way to do it because you have a lot more room to manipulate the tissue. If you go to www.mattersofsize.com/access and hit the AV section and check out the exercise called “isolated compression squeeze” This will show you correct way to do the SSJ
 
Got my lengthmaster in. Been experimenting a bit with it. Wrapping is definitely tricky. I think today I got it good enough to hang with 8lbs. Stretching was a bit uncomfortable because of the different angles creating pinch points.

you really need an extra hand when wrapping and strapping in, luckily I have the penimaster pro vacuum head attachment that only attaches to the head. Do I am able to use that along with a strap to attach to a sturdy base to pull my FSL and wrap and strap into the LM easier. It’s easier for me, a little extra steps though. Today I am going from stretches, right into hanging so I don’t have to take the LM off at all.

for hanging I also came up with a new pulley system that allows me to lay in bed more comfortable. Using cord and a single laundry line pulley. Check it out. I did the research and one pulley only redirects the force, doesn’t decrease the weight.

the red light in the photos is my heat lamp that I use when hanging to keep things warm and loose.
 
Awesome set up dude! I’ve always wanted to build a PE room where it has everything you could possibly want to train. Do you have a little mini version of this right now. I’m so happy you got your LM and now you’re going to need to learn how to wrap for your LM. Wrapping is the most important thing and it’s a very personal thing so try many different wraps via our wrapping forum. Don’t be scared to create your own. But the biggest thing I can tell you as far as pinching goes; Be sure you have every wrinkle and fold out of the wrap before you clamp down. A simple crease or wrinkle can cause excruciating pinching. When finding the right wrap for yourself there should be no Pinching.
 
Progress.

I haven’t done any official measurement but here’s my beginning stats. Beginning of this year
BPFSL: 7.125”
BPEL: 6.875”
NBPEL: 5.75”
MSEG: 4.5”

yesterday I did two unofficial measurements and saw some gains. First was my length in the tube while pumping. I have never seen myself expand past 7 1/4” in the tube. I have barely hit that line marker, but yesterday I seen myself get to 7 3/8” which is awesome.
Second measurement was my BPFSL - I was able to stretch to 7 3/4” which is 5/8” past my initial measurement. In recent measurements, I’ve been at 7 1/2” mostly.

promising results. Even though been a little back and forth on my routines.

other good news is today I was able to get a good wrap with the Length Master. Did 10 minutes stretching without too much discomfort. I was able to release the LM, keep the wrap on to allow some circulation then reapply for some hanging sessions which were not painful either. I even upped my weight to 10lbs. I’m happy I was able to take the LM off 2-3 times without having to mess with the wrap.
 
What good news on both fronts! I’m very pleased that you have gotten wrap down so quickly on the LM!

Yeah, I did have a great session today. But erection was really hindered tonight with the wife. Hopefully be better tomorrow.

Could be a handful of things. Maybe trained too hard??? Taking a break this weekend and will resume on Monday. Will also add in L-Citrulline daily to my diet. I’m out of town anyway on a family trip

I hope you feel better by Monday but I agree with you it probably was fatigue from training too much. Live and learn my brother
 
Start work today. Which is great. But now I’m concerned about getting all my PE in during the week. Today I’m trying to do a quick workout and testing to see how fast I can get it done with 5-6 minutes of stretching and some hanging.

it took 6 minutes to get setup including wrapping and putting on the LM. I did my stretches and was about to get 15 minutes total of stretch this AM before putting on a stretcher for a 40 minute Duration. I’m going to have to work on this and get more efficient. As well as probably add two a day sets where 35 minutes in the morning and 35 in the evening. Have better sets on the weekends if I wake up before my family. I try to aim for 7-10 hours of hanging a week but usually barely hit 7.

see how this goes, maybe a more routine schedule will work better for me.

This sounds good my brother. Take your time as you’re learning these things because taking your time and understanding it will bring so much better growth than rushing things.

Had a road trip this weekend where I drank maybe 3-4 drinks a day. Last night when wife and I went into the bedroom after about 3 days of no sex, I expected to have no issues, but found it difficult to get hard. Managed to finally get worked up, but that irritated me and don’t want that to happen again.

what an incredible upgrade! There is no pump that compares to the Bathmate for effective training and ease of use and convenience. Great score!
