Hello Brothers!
I am new to the forum and PE, and I am very interested in doing SRT. I had a read over it several times and I have some questions about the routine.
Ok, here it goes.
1. After completing the stretching routine that I am supposed to do for the first 2 weeks where do I go from there?
2. Do I do the girth routine on the same day as the length routine or do I do it on another day?
3. I have a Bathmate Xtreme. Should I do the Bathmate 3x3x5 over the girth routine? or do both on the same day? (Seems like a lot of work for a complete beginner to do both.)
Id tried my best to put together a routine from my limited understanding of SRT here it is below:
Mon - Girth routine/Bathmate 3x3x5 + Siliring for 2-3 hours or until bed (taking it off every 30 min.)
Tue - Length Routine followed by silly sleeve for rest of day.
Wed - off wearing SiliSleeve all day.
Thurs - Girth routine/Bathmate 3x3x5 + Siliring for 2-3 hours or until bed (taking it off every 30 min.)
Fri- Length Routine followed by silly sleeve for rest of day.
Sat - off wearing SiliSleeve all day.
Sun -Alternating between Girth or Length Routine.
I also want to get some Kegels in there.
So how did I do!?
And how would I make progress with this routine after the first month?
After following this routine would I be able to make the advertised 1x1 gains in 3-6 months?
