So for the first 12 weeks we do the srt program. Only excercizes mentioned there are to be done. Is this correct? My question is that I see so many other people doing so many other newbie routines on here? Is there any benefit to doing those? Also after the 12 weeks of srt are done, where do we go from there? How are the advanced exercises that dld has created over the years as part of his different phase system come into play. Is that obsolete now that srt is the main thing to do?
Also I saw guys recommending I get the Phallosan instead of The SizeGenetics on here. Would the Phallosan be able to be used as part of srt? Thank you so much in advance for the help guys.
